Welcome to Anni & Fritz!

The vacation home Anni & Fritz is a family-run vacation home. Our vacation home has a fenced garden and a garage behind the house (not suitable for SUVs). Further parking is available on the street. In summer, the large terrace invites you to cozy barbecue evenings (a gas grill is at your disposal). You have a wonderful view of the mountains and don’t notice much of the traffic. You can store your bikes, skis or sledges in the lockable garden shed. It is also possible to charge e-bikes. The vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen as well as free WiFi and Netflix. There are two full bathrooms in the vacation home, each with a shower and hairdryer. It is pleasantly cool in the hot summer months, as the entire house has air conditioning. Each guest receives a small welcome pack in the form of a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Plus 2 capsules for the coffee machine, dishwasher tablets and a sponge. We are happy to offer you guided bike tours through the beautiful Harz Mountains. Please contact us in advance and we will plan an exciting day for you. Our vacation home also welcomes four-legged guests, we charge a pet fee for cleaning. There is a telephone number for emergencies, we are only a few minutes away and on site should you have any questions or concerns.

We are two brothers who have converted our grandmother’s house into a vacation home. We are supported by our partners. The accommodation is located in Sudmerberg, a suburb of Goslar. Goslar is a charming town in Lower Saxony, Germany. It has a rich history dating back to the 10th century. Goslar was once an important center of mining and trade in the Middle Ages. Today, the town is best known for its well-preserved old town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Goslar offers visitors a variety of sights, including the imposing imperial palace building, the Rammelsberg mine and the impressive market square ensemble. The town is also a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers, as it is surrounded by picturesque Harz landscapes. Goslar city center can be reached from the accommodation within 8 minutes by car. Approx. 15 minutes by public transport.
